London marathon predictions

Kipchoge has got to be as close to a sure thing as you can get in the marathon.

On the women's side I can see Linet Masai, who nobody seems to be talking about, on the podium. Decent odds at 14/1 make it worth an e/w bet.

Masai may need to take almost four min off her marathon time to go top 3. Can’t imagine that.

I seriously doubt Sisson will go sub 2:19 or even sub 2:20. Her coach says she’s going out in 71. She’d need a blazing second half for sub 2:19

That was her debut. Slight negative split, 31 seconds behind the winner having gone through half-way 1:44 behind the winner. Definite potential given her track pedigree.

even if mo runs a huge PR and gets 2:03, kipchoge is probably going to run a 2:02 to stay ahead of every one else. most likely as his PR is about 3 and a half minutes faster at the moment.

They will hit halfway in 61:20 or so and then Kipchoge will unleash the fastest ever 2nd half of a marathon to leave everyone in total awe. A ridiculous 60:0x 2nd half to break the WR by 5-10". Kipchoge wins in 2:01:30, Farah 2nd in a huge pb of 2:03:3x, Kitata 3rd in 2:03:5x.

He's a product of the Great British running club system.

Other than that, these men's times are about right, the women's are too fast.

His Dad was born in London. His dad is British.
