Breaking: Matthew Centrowitz has left the NOP

Jos in that sentence refers to the Brojos, I.E. the founders of letsrun and the "exclusive" is that he is officially leaving NOP, the story that was reported in the first post of this thread.

In retrospect, this was a really smart move by Matt. Got out a year before NOP collapsed and was able to get a spot with Bowerman. Wouldn't be surprised if his dad was behind this.

He was injured his last 2 years at NOP. Don't be disingenuous. It makes you appear ill informed.

He’s been injured or sick every year since college, hasn’t he? Wasn’t he even hurt in college a few times? I know there was a stress fracture his soph year at the least.

Not defending BTC, but hard to blame them if Matt really is hurt again.

He's not training at altitude with BTC, he was in phoenix for a bit with Pete Julian's group and some NJNY guys.

He was in Colorado Springs with the team at the beginning of this altitude stint, but doesn't appear to have stayed long.

I thought he just flew in for games.
