yes, and blocks or not, if your PR's are 23, 1:59 and 4:38 you are not a middle distance runner. Nearly all answers so far seem to be long sprinters.
200- 23.1 (in a workout )
400- 48
800- 1:48
Mile - 4:00
Best 200 - 28.low end of a workout.
Best 800 - 2.02 DFL with perfect 60/62 splits.
I'm not a middle distance guy.
Best 200m is 28.6, hand-timed during my venture into sprinting a couple years back (still hope to beat it!)
Best 800m is 2:21 from high school

Aiming to break 2 next summer, although approaching 40 so time is not on my side.
200m - 25.0
800m - 1:57.5
The 25.0 was a race, but I could finish a session of 8x200m with 25.xx from a running start, so maybe could have gone a touch quicker.
Best distance was 3000m, and I also did a lot of 3000m s/c.
