Emily was a 4x state champ in the 800m in high school and won the 1600 her senior year as well. She's always been speedy at shorter distances but yes fun to see her amazing range!

Lipari has always been an amazing finisher..her anchor leg for the Villanova 4x800 at Penn a few years back was one of the greatest finishes ever....if I recall correctly she nailed Phoebe Wright at the wire....
To set a 4 sec PR this late in the season, under those conditions, last night, showed much.
Great night of racing. Decent turnout despite the threating weather.
The race walk mile either should be removed, or put earlier in the program. Race walking a mile is a total farce. They practically broke into a sprint those last few yards.
