One step further: can he beat Ryan Hill's PB of 7:30.93 or will Hill forever be considered faster than Mo over 3000m (and will he forever be allowed to call Mo, SlowMo)?
Somewhere, Ryan Hill is smiling....
Only in the deluded mind of an LRC poster could Ryan Hill laugh at Mo Farah for such nonsense. Hill is not worthy in any sense, even nonsense.

Facts are facts. Ryan Hill's 3000m PB is and forever will be faster than Mo's.

I thought he was retiring after the WC, now here he is doing an exhibition race?
And of course, everything he does is exhibition races outside of champs. Never touches Diamond League. Shies away from any kind of pressure, just parades himself in front of his adoring English people.
Nope. Absolutely no pressure on an athlete expected to deliver a 5 & 10 double gold at every global champs he's appeared at in the last five years.
It look likes that these days all of them are very tired after WC so how we can describe the following:
Daniel Komen results in Aug/Sep 1996:
- 10 Aug - 3000m - Monaco - 7:25:16 - 0.05s slower then WR
- 14 Aug - 5000m - Zurich - 12:45.09 - 0.30s slower then WR
- 16 Aug - 1500m - Cologne - 3:34.17 PB at that time
- 23 Aug - 3000m - Brussels - 7:25.87 - 0.76s slower than WR
- 30 Aug - 5000m - Berlin - 13:02.62
- 01 Sep - 3000m - Rieti - 7:20.67 WR
More or less he did it again in 1997.
So question is how he can achieved something like that in just 20 days and he was not tired?
What do you think?
Freak of nature (hard training - like all of them (DOPERS)) - or just old plain EPO? - actually new EPO at that time.
Answer to yourself because for me it is very very clear what was going on.
Ryan Hill will never likely medal in a world championship event, let alone gold.

But Mo's 2 mile best is superior to 7:30, though Hill is a far better person.

...and we are talking about who can run a 3000m faster. Not who can sit in the back of the pack for the longest and sprint the last 800m the fastest.
