That would be Wetmore, Burroughs, Bill Nelson, Bosshard (!), Schumacher, and Pascal Dobert (who deserves great props).

We just saw wonderful. Coburn, Frerichs, Jager = top class. Most thrilling race of the year.
I was bored by it. You patriotic chest thumpers are not very bright. TEDIOUS!
But steeple is not a strong event.

One of the best races I've ever seen. Just incredible.

Shows how biased and STUPID many of you are.
We just saw what happens when athletes get actual steeple coaching finally.
Exactly, they ran well but these women wouldn't stand a chance in the1500 or 5000. They would be blown away. Womens steeple lacks real quality and is a lesser event.
1-2 PLUS a championship record. It's hard to argue against it. I get that women's events aren't as deep as men's races, but the depth of the race did not factor in. THEY WENT 1-2! Both broke the previous championship record. They defeated the world record holder and 4 of the 5 fastest performers in history. They are now the 6th and 7th fastest performers in history. It's nothing short of incredible.
America First!
Wow, the level of competition has really dropped is all I have to say.
Dude, you have a terminal case of cranial rectal inversion..

You have to wonder if Frerichs being there so late in the race motivated Coburn even more. She knows she should be creaming Frerichs, so to see her come by with 250 to go or whatever must have really given Emma confidence and lit her up.
Definitely. Coburn looked like she was starting to struggle a bit until Frerichs came by her.
You must suck at barriers.
Blame WADA. Kenya the most heavily tested country now.

She is just 23. That rate of improvement is great but not off the chart, just like Muir in the 1500.

Emma's superior form on the water jump seemed to gain her a couple meters each lap
