What's more, Makhloufi did pretty much the same thing in 2012. Faked an injury in the 800m so he could concentrate on the 1500m after entering both.

My statement is absolutely true regardless of who you think is or isn't doping. Makh is way better than Murphy over 1500m, and slightly better over 800m.
Comparing Murphy to Makh is stupid. My statement you highlighted there has absolutely nothing to do with doping at all.
Clayton Murphy = petulant kid.
He is as unlikable as Ruppy.
Tough to cheer for.
He was physically better and ran a tactically better race than most. He did not have much adversity during the final, but if he would have struggled at any point he would have given up.

Okay...I'm waiting for your explanation? 😄. I told you he would "DNS"...I don't think you understand the difference between a minor injury that an athlete can run through vs an injury that's a "run-stopper." And a hamstring strain can be devastating injury to a mid-d runner...who would have thought.

Not a "run-stopper?" The kid couldn't even make it to start line. I don't think some of you understand the different type of injuries involved with running...who would have thought.
