Temperature here was in the 20C range (not sure what that is in F). I raced in shorts and a singlet and was still sweating. Nothing but blue sky and sunshine, I love Spain...
Conversion from C to F
((9/5)*C)+ 32 = F
Example:
Freezing point = 32F, 0C
((9/5) * 0) + 32 = 32
Conversion from F to C
(5/9)*(F - 32) = C
Exampl:
Boiling point = 212F, 100C
(5/9)*(212-32) = 100
-12 F with the wind chill late last week, 48 F today...felt like summer so I ran in shorts! Ahhhhhhhhhhh.
:)
Merry Christmas!
well not today...but on sunday and monday it sure sucked! Sunday was a high of 5 (-22 WC)at about 3pm...Monday ran a hard 10 miler in 20 mph winds, temp of 9 degrees (windchill in negative teens). Looking forward to running tomorrow (forcast tomorrow am: -1F, and I don't know the wc).
Visiting Los Angeles area beach town this week where the weather is mid-70s. Ran along beach this morning: dolphins, pelicans, cute women rollerbladers, etc. Problem was I was wearing a t-shirt and it got a bit warm. The weather here will be just as nice pretty much all year. No wonder houses cost a minimum of a million-two. You can get a nice townhouse for $895,000 though...

Great for a one year vacation, but that was all I could handle. When I was in Alamosa in 83-84, we were the coldest in the nation half the days. If it wasn't us, it was gunnison or international falls, mn.
about 65 degrees and long days here in wellington, new zealand, where it is 1) summer and 2) december 24th.
30 degrees, cloudy, ran 9 miles shirtless with short shorts and I'm a stick! bad idea.....
SW Wisconsin
8 degrees 15-25 mph wind out of the WNW
I hope I still can have kids
St. Paul, MN. -10 degrees F.
Zola kind of became a nickname of mine in college. Someone on the board already has Zola as a username. I'm guessing his has something to do with Zola Bud.
Christmas eve run...I like to get up and get it done. It was 3 when I woke up. We're up to a balmy 9 degrees now. Actually thought about jumping on the treadmill for my 16 mile, Without Limits tribute. Put in "Without Limits" set the treadmill at 7:00 and you run 16 miles on the nose. The run finishes up during During Bowerman's eulogy. Some friends are in town so I'll get out for 8 to 10. Merry Christmas.
Well, the Texas Panhandle doesn't get quite as cold as you Upper Midwest or Rust Belt fellows are accustomed to, but I got about 8 miles in a WC below zero this morning. But with not much wind and a bright sun, it wasn't too bad. Snow on the ground, but mostly of the sandy/crunchy variety. Probably in the top 5 coldest I've ever run.
X-mas eve run at 0500 in SC WISCO
-7f with very little wind which made for a nice 8 miler.
30 degrees and snowing, that's right, snowing here in Katy, Texas, 20 miles west of Houston.
A 20 inches, er, that is about one snowflake every 20 inches.
Hey, hedgehog, where did/do you go to HS and/or college?
Merry Christmas to all.
God bless.

Went to ACU. Didn't run track or XC, however. '79-85. Slow learner.HS right here in Amarillo.
