Wayne, as a guy who tested many runners, swimmers and gymnasts, including a number of olympians, I can say that you are closest to stating the truth on this thread. I agree with reality. All those claiming to be 3% and chicks under 12% are full of shite.
While working in the lab. I had my own tested with calipers, impedence and hydrostatic many times. when running well over 100 miles a week and at 5'9 and 148 I never got below 10%.
