we dont distance run for health lol
Sigh. The last thing this guy wants to talk about is his eating habits, in spite of his claim to being "all natural"
Then im going to go do more muscle fiber calculations and figure out why my muscle fibers are this dense all naturally... should be fun..
Can you tell us how you do this.?You mention it in every post and yet haven't seemed to be able to crack the formula despite it being a rollicking good time.
I don't think your "trolling"...
It's a good point but more complicated than you might think?
If what you want to do is get laid then...
being amaciated might not be good.
510lbs squats for 3 reps at 6'0 and 210lbs.. natural..

I just set yet another world record.. This is now the third world record i have..
First world record was overall hotness.. 2nd world record was fastest 400 meter dash at heaviest bodyweight..
now this... heaviest squat while training for track at same time.
People just dont get how hard it is to do both track workouts and powerlifting.. I am twice as strong as any track athlete now..
Track workout before the lifting session was medium due to 27 degrees out.. did 4 by 100 meters and 6 by 35 yard dashes
Then went to gym..
just last week didnt get 510 for 1 after a very tough track workout..
Thats the difference between running a hard track workout and a medium one before the gym..
This was so easy that i shouldve went higher..
heres the video of me not getting 510 up ... just a week ago after tough track workout..
If i focused just on powerlifting then i would be getting alot more weight up.. but thats why this is a world record because im currently doing track workouts all out before the gym... Thus taking out energy before even getting to the gym....
Now once i start lifting first then doing my track workouts after i should be getting up even more..
Must have listened to enough huey lewis and the news and enough andy williams beforehand to get this up.. I was pissed when i got to the gym because of the cold weather.. couldnt get my track workout done.. Was really going to go all out and set an all time record in the 100 meter dash if it was warm out.. couldnt get it done..
Eating whey right now and listening to more pantera, heuy lewis and the news, marliyn manson, andy wiliams and a dash of bing crosby to get even hotter, stronger, more powerful, and smarter. should be fun.
now the video of me getting 510 for 3.. I have no clue how im getting this hot all naturally at 34 years old.. Damn.. i am just too hot to handle right now.. wow.

Whoa I think this is the first time in the thread you've mentioned what you eat! Now, would you please stop being a redundant braggadocio and elaborate, in detail, with equal pleasure, your eating regimen and philosophy? A single phrase about consuming whey protein is hardly revealing or unique.
The best thing I've seen yet is, in that last video, watch the guy in the background literally making a new exercise. (Or completing the most pathetic deadlift in the history of deadlift.
BTW I'm not going to sift through this thread to find out if you are a troll or what, and I hate to burst your bubble, but: I have an ex college teammate who not only runs (a lot) faster than you, is more cut, and lifts more. Not diminishing your accomplishments, as it actually seems like you are pretty strong, but all this BS about world records leads me to believe you live a sheltered athletic life.

How can you have no clue if you are so smart? Something seems off here.
445lbs on hack squats at 6'0 and 210lbs..
natural.. tied personal record..
im 34 and im stronger and hotter now than 24.
I now own 3 world records..
the 510 squats for 3 is an all time record for an athlete currently training for track at the same time..
Which just furthers my proof that stronger than any track athlete and faster than any powerlifter.
I didnt get 510 up a couple weeks ago after a tough track workout, i did a medium track workout before 510 again last week and got it up..
Thats a world record for heaviest squat while currently training for track..
Everyone knows how much track workouts take out of a person.
Now just think if i didnt do track workouts at all and just did squatting.. I would own the world record in the squats also for my weight class.
The 3 world records i now own are
1. Hottest body ever
2. Heaviest squat 510 for 3 at 6'0 and 210lbs while in season training for track
3. 53.79 in 400 meters at 6'0 and 214lbs, and 53.78 at 6'0 and 210lbs. Height and weight adjusted world record in 400meters.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WTLAn_HldWo&list=PLMrSlpYn74p2KC1dm2ydjnJtJbw8guPDO
and im 100 percent natural....
wow..

I'm afraid you get a technical DQ since it is not possible to perform a squat in a smith machine.
I'm going to have to deduct 250 hotness points for the smith machine and another 300 for listening to huey lewis and the news.
x12 has you beat man.

This dude couldn't do real, below parallel squats with 275. I assumed he was doing 500 with a barbell, but only doing half squats. He's doing half squats with a Smith Machine! LOL! I also hold a world record...for the person that laughs the hardest at this tool. He claims to not be on drugs but he's taking something to make him look about 15 years older than he is. He also has nice big breasts, which is another side effect for many taking roids.
That said, I should feel really bad for the guy. There are obvious and severe mental problems on exhibit here.
Even if you were right who keeps up sprinting past 30
Theres a reason why i say that I set a height and weight adjusted WORLD RECORD in the 400 meters last year of 53.78 at 6'0 and 210lbs, and 53.79 at 6'0 and 214lbs..
Because I am only at absolute peak power for a 2-4 week window of any given year.
To put everything together in the 400 at this heavy of a body weight in the summer of 210-215lbs and within the parameters of I continue to powerlift extremely heavy the whole time whole running my track workouts, and within the parameters of I dont allow my weight to go below 210lbs .....
and within the parameters of I only run my track workouts and lift 2 DAYS OUT OF THE WEEK,
THen there is a reason why I set a world record.
IN 2013 my times leading up to that 53.78 were nowhere near it and i mean nowhere near it! I had run 56.19, ,,, 56.17,,,56.09,,, and 56.09 in the 4 weeks leading up to that 53.78..
And every single one of those races were tough.. Did i push myself all out on the 56 second 400?
Yes ... everything that i do i give it 110 percent.. I went ALL OUT ON EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE 400S...
Its not about effort,, What its about is technique, form, nutrient timing,, workout timing...
how fast i run my all powerful 4 by 200 workout leading up to that 400 ,,, how much sleep i get,, what the temperature is, what lane i run in... What my exact weight was,, What the humidity was,,,
What the temperature was.. What my pre warmup 35 yard dash was,,
how much time did i give myself between pre race 35 yard dash and 400 meter all out..
Detail after detail after freaking detail goes into producing a height and adjusted world record...
There are so many variables that go into it that ive calculated there are 413 trillion different variables that go into producing an all time personal record and world record..
Everything has to come together at the exact same time to produce it.
I was at absolute peak speed for only exactly 4 weeks in 2013,,, Within those 4 weeks, i ran an all time height and weight adjusted record in the 100 at 11.68 ,,, the 200 at 24.05.. and 400.... Hand time on the 100 and 200 were 11.32 and 23.84...
This year i had a really good year in the 100 and 200... Ran .07 of a second off my all time personal record 100 time and ran 11.75.. There were a few technical issues during that race that could have been better and i know that i could have beaten my all time record this year, i had the power for it.. just didnt put it all together during the race..
And this year i ran an all time record in the 35 yard dash at 3.94... and thats hand timed.. i dont add in the standard .35 of a second on the 35 yard dash. I just go with my hand time.. Best in 2013 was only 3.97... Its a legit time because i also ran 3.98 this year and 4.00...
And in 2013 i ran that 3.97 with a 10mph tailwind.. This year i did 3.94 with no tailwind.
Therefore i had more speed, power, and hotness this year in the 35 and 100.
After running 53.78 last year i ran a 58.55 in 35 degrees out with no rain and at 6'0 and 210lbs.
Yesterday i ran a 57.35 at 6'0 and 212lbs in 42 degrees and moderate rain, with a wet track and in spandex pants and a spandex shirt,
This is now my fastest time of the year in the 400 meter dash, it even beats my previous best this year of 57.54 in warm weather..
So not only did i beat every single 400 that i ran this year , i did it in an unheard of 42 DEGREES!!!!!!!!!!
42 degrees!
42 degrees!
I cannot run in anything below 75 degrees or i will not get my best times..
Therefore i just powered through this 400.
i have been getting so hot, and so powerful at the gym lately that the cold weather didnt even matter.
On top of that the track was soaking wet..
And i ran it in lane 1,, and the turns were really tight.. Couldnt really get around the turns that good..
I cant believe this right now.. I would go out this past summer and run in 85 degrees all out and could only do 58 or 59 .. Just goes to show how extremely tough it is to run a 400 while training for powerlifting at the same time.
I kept the parameters of 2 days a week at the track and gym on the same day leading up to this 57.35 .....
im still shaking my head at this right now..
I usually need a huge all out 4 by 200 meter workout 4 days prior to running my 400 meter race.. Exactly 4 days.. I did the 4 by 200 earlier this week.. Could only do a 2:21 total time on it..
Earlier this summer i ran a 1:49 total time on that workout and still could only do 57.54 , and lots of upper 58s and 59s..
Just goes to show that everything has to come together to produce an all time best.
Set 4 more personal records at the gym leading up to this over the past 2 weeks..
Got 425 in hack squats for 4 reps .. . Previous best was only 2 reps..
Then did a really easy 480 for 5 on squats.....
Then did seated bench and did over 20lbs more than i did last year at the same body weight
Then did deadlifts and did a really easy 475 for 5 reps.. My all time record for reps at 475 is 7 reps... which i tied twice..
So to do that after lifting all those other exercises and with a broken bone that never healed right in my right elbow from playing baseball awhile ago is really good right now...
Did good on calves... did good on curls...
Before the 400 i got really pumped up.. I couldnt wear my ipod because of the rain so i made sure to listen to marilyn mason " beautiful people" pantera " 5minutes alone" huey lewis and the news " power of love" hall and oates " out of touch" andy wililams " the holiday season" andy wiliams " the most wonderful time of the year" and bing crosby " its beginning to look alot like christmas"
and then leading up to the race i listened to Murray head " One night in bangkok" and had that in my head while running the 400.. Got really pumped up.. Kept arms up and didnt swing them.. took deep breathes the whole way around and kicked it in at the 150 mark and went ALL OUT FROM THE 150 TILL THE FINISH LINE.. .
WOW i am just getting so hot all naturally .. and being all natural is one of the greatest things about me.. i am now 4 times as powerful as 2004..
Right now im eating whey as i type this ,, dont know caloric content on the whey shake but know its alot,, prob 2100 calories.. Should be fun..
Then im going to my basement to listen to more christmas music and pantera to get even hotter, more powerful, and smarter,, should be fun.
Need to do more muscle fiber calculations to figure out why my muscle fibers are this dense all naturally.. should be fun.

I am now twice as strong as any track athlete in history,, there is no track athlete that has ever lifted as much as i do in the gym while training for track because of the sheer amount of energy that powerlifting takes out of an individual.. and i am now twice as fast as any powerlifter in history in anything from the 100-400,, because no powerlifter runs track while training for powerlifting because of the sheer amount of energy that sprinting takes out of an individual.. AND NOT TO MENTION ON A SIDE NOTE I AM TWICE AS HOTT THAN BOTH POWERLIFTER AND TRACK ATHLETE.
I AM THE PERFECT COMBINATION OF BOTH. I AM THE PERFECT COMBINATION OF SPEED, POWER, AND HOTNESS. I AM THE MOST NATURALLY POWERFUL BEING TO EVER EXIST IN THE UNIVERSE. PERIOD.
I am OFFICIALLY THE FITTEST ON EARTH. AND 100 PERCENT NATURAL! WOW! EATING MORE METRX AND ON NATURAL WHEY AS I TYPE THIS.. SHOULD BE FUN.
