He did the same training as in previous cycles with Salazar. The 3:28 1500 was a consequence of the fitness he gained. He didn't lose endurance.

It is well known that Salazar's group focuses on training for finishing speed and 1500m speed when championships are the goal. So what I said was entirely correct. He was training to get more speed and better 1500m ability. You are wrong as always.

compare with a solid ball-park prelim method of comparing bolt's basic of 9.58 of 9.63 with jeter's 10.65 basic & apply same %age to men's 400 - 10k wrs to get women's theoretical equivalent

compare to my tables

don't forget to add in whatever small bias factor to 800 - 10k you see fit as it's obvious bolt's 100/200 are superior to 400 - 10k men's wrs

( when kennster ran 12'37wr, the 100m wr was 9.79 & 9.84 at komen's 7'20 )
