I don't understand the point of comparing High School weight for males. High school students are still boys. Most have not yet reached full physical maturity.
Maturity doesn't mean putting on 70 pounds as seems to have happened to most of the guys posting.
~150 graduation
170 now, age 25.
Mostly muscle. It's funny to see pictures from then when I was the same height but with zero muscle.
135 when I graduated HS
125 during the summer before graduation and Freshman year of college (because I was cycling 240 miles per week)
140 now (although I weighed out at 132 after sweating in a vigorous workout)
HS track - 6'2" 155 lbs.
College track - 6'2" 142 lbs.
Now (age 37) that I haven't run a step since college graduation - 6'2" 175 lbs.
I'm a landscaper by trade and a heavy drinker. Pretty sure I'd be lighter if I were lethargic like most American's.
140 when I graduated HS, 165 now. Much better runner now too - I've consistently improved as I put on weight. Always felt like I ran better the more I ate. If I started dropping weight during XC my times would slow as well.
Still look pretty skinny, not sure where the extra 25 pounds has put itself.
eek sorry for the double post, but 6'0 and 24 years old, ran xc in high school

137ish Sr. year, 135 now. I run more now.
5 ft, 11 in-tall American male:
195 lb HS graduation weight
173 lb present (age 52) weight. Range the last decade or so has been 169-178 lb. I like to keep below 177 lb.
When I tipped the scales at 199 lb in late summer after high school graduation, I decided I needed to take action. Now I just like maintaining what running and reasonable dieting have done for me over the years.
