Show some respect for the teams in the bottom half of the conference.

I do agree with interest to find out where those lower ranked teams see improvements this year. What will Reneker do at Lake Erie college?
I agree. There are some teams in the GLIAC who do not have the facilities, recruits, coaching or even the drive to compete against the top dogs.
Furthermore, is the GLIAC the toughest and most deep conference in the nation as far as DII is concerned? GVSU, Ashland, Ferris State, Hillsdale, Malone, etc.
Ever heard of the RMAC?
Ever heard of the CACC
Just glancing over the results from gliacs as well as regionals and this isn't even a competition. Grand valley will take the conference title with ease.
Ferris state coach has accepted an offer to become Morehead St head coach! I haven't heard who will replace him.
Knowing ferris they will pry cut the programs, maybe leave the girls team.
RMAC has Adams, Western, Mines. That right there makes it the best conference without a doubt. They have good teams like Metro State, UC-Colorado Springs, Eastern New Mexico, and New Mexico Highlands who are good teams that get no notice because of the big 3 dominating them.
Who is coaching the Malone fanboys? From their R2W, they seem to just do whatever they want and then get a little "keep up the hard work" from Hazen every once in awhile. Trusty did a 21 mile long run on a Monday and then a 19 mile "medium run" on Wednesday (or something like that). It's laughable.
Isn't it a violation for coaches to be on R2win during the summer?
Hazen has complete control of the program.
Although he's basically following the same stuff as Matt Reneker from the year prior.
Matt Reneker changed his methods after Cory Glines went to Michigan and saw what gibby was doing with that team.
Haven't heard much from Roush since he made is log private. He is however sleeping in an altitude tent every night.
Expect them to come out of the gates swinging.
Because Malone is always the top team in the conference.
I doubt Ferris will cut its program. 2 or 3 years of going to nationals, I know there's not much time, but still, they won't cut it.
What is Trusty's mileage currently at?

GV, Ferris (probably not anymore) and Ashland are the only three teams comparable to those teams you named. RMAC is far ahead of the GLIAC depth wise.
I'm interested what this change in methods is. What was the training like before and after the change?
As far as strength of conference, I agree that the RMAC is the top conference in xc. However, I think the GLIAC is top t&f conference currently. I also would say it is the best middle distance conference.
