I used to use these links to buy food online and get it shipped to my house for free, the thing is its harder to do that when you are eating fresh veggies and fruit. I was really into nutella and this size
Did feel kinda good that it came with a handle.

I just went cold turkey one day, and decided to stop buying food that are really high energy dense foods and that I tend to eat too much of. Some are healthy but not in huge volumes. It's a lot easier just not having them in the house
no comment on bread yet? bread is full of sodium and most bread is loaded with mono-diglycerides (dough softeners). I avoid anything with mono-diglycerides at all cost. They put them in practically anything and I'm pretty sure they will be the next "trans-fat" thing they "just" found out are terrible for you.

* Planters Cheez Balls (Can't find them. Forced to eat Cheetos)
* Gatorade Gum (I drink Gatorade with a stick of Wrigley's gum now)
* Crispy M&M's (Hard to find. Left to eat peanut M&M's, and almond when I can find them)
* Tab Soda (I thought the pink label looked too girly)
* Accelerade (Can't find it. I mix Walmart's protein powder with Gatorade now)
* Wine Coolers (Hard to find. Hard cider just ain't the same).
* The Reggie candy bar. (Reggie's fame has faded since the '77 World Series)
* Fig Newtons (Never liked them)
* Whole Milk (For obvious reasons)
* Oompas (For obvious reasons)
There isn't anything that I never eat because I believe life's too short for that. There is stuff that I don't buy to have in the house though as like you said it's just easier not having it around. My biggest changes are:
- bread
- beer (sob sob)
When I retire I plan on sitting around all day eating toast, drinking beer and getting fat. It's gonna be awesome.
Breast milk
I used to drink it all the time when I was younger, but I just don't want it anymore. Don't ask me why.
