5 minutes would be EASY for Lebron.
8 X 200 in 30 seconds with 15 seconds walk recovery between repeats.
(the walking will easily cover the other 9 meters)
This would result in about 4:58

Am I the only one that sees the math error here? 8x200 in 30 seconds takes 4 minutes. 8 recoveries in 15 seconds takes 2 minutes. Total is 6 minutes, not 5 minutes. A more realistic set of assumptions with an easier target for 200's for this workout is to assume Lebron could do 7 200's in 32 seconds resulting in 3:44. He would then have 6 recovery walk/jogs, assuming his first 200 began the set and he finished after his 7th 200, not after a recovery. So Lebron has 76 seconds for 6 recoveries or 12.66 seconds between 200's to walk/jog. Should be easy since he has to slow down after each 32 second 200, ie. he's not walking when he finishes them. And of course, the assumption is he's continuing his walk/jog around the track, not do the walk "in place." So if he can do that and cover his 8th 200 on his walks, he merely needs to average 36 yards on each of his 6 recovery walks to get under 5 minutes. I don't think he'd have too much trouble with this if he kept them all at 32 and didn't waste himself by running too fast on the first few of them. Although the last few might be on the difficult side.
8x200 along is 1600m, assume you move while walking you probably cover 25m so that's another 200m.
Getting you to 1800m in about 6 min.
