Cringeworthy and absolutely rubbish.
Dumb and Dumber however has stood the test of time and is still hilarious, in my humblest of opinions.
Almost anything by Woody Allen. There are a few gags here and there but most of the time his movies just bore the crap out of me. Maybe it's too smart. I have never laughed out loud or lost it watching one of his films. And they are supposed to be among the great comedies of film.

Evan Almighty
Hangover sequels (especially one with giraffe at start).
Anything starring Chevy Chase with the exception of Caddyshack. But he was saved by Rodney in that one.
vince vaughn movies are candidates for most overrated comedies. he's one of those guys who could be funny as a sideman, but not as a lead. he should be but isn't funny in those roles. old school is one of those films where you really want to laugh but there's not much funny in it. anchorman is better but still overrated. adam sandler movies used to make a mint, yet were not in any way funny, despite the guy being very funny with his songs on snl back in the day.

Have you seen Swingers? I'd say Vaughn is the lead comedic relief in that movie, and I love it.
