These are interesting lists, but I didn't see any athletes names.
I was wondering which athlete(s) are taking med(s) that appear on the banned list.
A recent concern seems to be TUE abuse, for a class of medication which is neither banned, nor requires a TUE.
Of course he could have and did. How would that have stopped him?

Because actual reliable evidence is irrefutable. Doesn't matter how good your lawyer is if it's on video or if there's a recorded confession. A bunch of people saying that they saw him do it is not good evidence.

30% of the top US ten 5000m times were achieved using hormone therapy. 40% of the top ten US marathon times were achieved using the same treatment. These usage numbers don't match usage numbers in the general public, let alone usage in males aged 20 - 30. Draw your own conclusions!

I don't know. Do they even have TUEs? Seems like a lot of people think thyroid medication requires TUEs, but they look like they are all wrong.Which athletes have TUEs for which medications?

Anonymity provides a shield that protects whistleblowers from retaliation. There is a valid need for anonymity.

Exactly what is Lance's case going to be against someone who has provided a video tape and an audio recording of his doping? What is the nuisance?
As I see it the thyroid issue is a red herring. The money is scant, so let us stick to the list, specifically EPO, testosterone, HGH where we can see real performance changes related to them as such. I have yet to find a good argument to subjugate Thyroid therapy specifically just yet.
Did Lance Armstrong have "hypothyroidism"? That would be the tell-all.

Anonymity protects dopers, from people telling the truth.
Personally I have designed websites for more than 20 years, from scratch, so it would be extremely easy for me to create a website solely for the purpose of exposing these crooks.

I don't think it has ever been proven they have TUE's. It's just been assumed.
