i think epo/blood transfusions woud be worth in region of a prelim estimate of 0.75 - 1.0s for 400m, 2.0 - 2.5s for 800 & 5 - 6s for 1500
In fact I think most of the sub 44 times are EPO times.
the big break thru in the event came in '87 when butch & egbunike went 44.1 or +

Indeed. Michael Johnson and Wariner come to mind.
In the 100 and field events, the only PEDs one really needs to approach maximal performance are the anabolics (testosterone, other steroids, HGH, insulin, SARMs, etc.); in the 200 on up you need to add EPO or other blood-boosting drugs/techniques to the mix.
