What I'd like to know is why someone is allowed to post using a handle like "Beaner in an El Camino" while perfectly innocent threads and posts get deleted. I would laugh so frigging hard if this site were sabotaged and disappeared forever along with all of its content to date.

Thanks for proving that BA had an axe to grind with LA. She's no innocent here, just a publicity hound with a E level celebrity for a husband.

it's a good start that PED cheats begin to confess. but schumacher, virgin, ryun, salazar, masback, bill rodgers, etc. need to reveal their sources for PEDS, clinical & lab assistants, drug suppliers, meet & race directors who let them off, inside USADA & WADA spies, and other cohorts.

You've got to think Lance's PR folks were quite happy with BA's performance on the AC show. She came across as somewhat whacko unfortunately. It's hard to hear someone's message when they look that crazy relaying it. Opportunity missed.

This is what I don't understand. Why is it so important to hear from her? Why not focus on the larger part of the story, the doping itself during the tour, the enablers, the team doctors and managers. It's widely acknowledged that everyone at the top of the podium was dirty, so let's focus on how it went "undetected" for so long.

For sure, this is extremely small potatoes. To her though, it isn't, and she missed an opportunity to be taken a bit more seriously on this specific matter.

Like you, I really do wonder if this will escalate to what really matters! You've got to think the entire modern day peleton and the powers that enable doping are a bit nervous at the moment. I hope it gets truly wild in the next few months.

You're kidding yourself if you think Lance's PR team is pleased about anything to do with the Oprah interview and the media attention, incuding Betsy's interviews. Lance is getting ripped by pretty much every news outlet. Lance going on Oprah was good for Oprah, horrible for Lance.

Agree 100 percent. Lance going to Oprah was an epic blunder. He could have subverted any number of high-profile journalists. Instead he picks the one who's way way richer than he is and therefore could not pay off.

The public can deal with a cheater but no one, no one, likes a bully.

What is the upside for Armstrong?

On another note, did everyone else who confessed get a lifetime ban? If not, why not?

They all confessed long before him, and still he's not made any formal confession. The whole thing is quite fishy.
