I went to a sprinting college in the NE. I've seen decent 200m/400m (46-47) sprinters go 1:55-7-ish in small meets for speed endurance training. These were regular off the shelf type of sprinters.

Bolt I have no doubt could be world class at 400m. He went 45.x at 16. He is probably hard at work doing speed endurance training. Meb would get SMOKED in the 600m. Absolutely smoked. Bolt would have to race seriously but he'd probably beat Meb at 800m too. I'm thinking 1:50 for Bolt. Meb at this stage wouldn't have a prayer at cracking 1:52.

In reality, both of them would just jog it and do it solely PR.
