you don't need a "conte" to get them - i've personally issued a few dozen of each in last dozen years ( for legit reasons )

You can get them from any doc yes.

But getting them from Conte is different because he will inform you how to use them and to avoid testing while using them.

For example, explaining ideal micro dosing cycles near big competitions so you won't test positive but still keep your levels high enough to benefit ideally from the substance.

Did the doctors you got them from tell you about how to use these to avoid testing while using these substances, like Marion Jones (no failed drug tests)?

Calling him a moron is totally incorrect because someone like Conte will approach these substances in a totally different frame of mind than a normal doctor who prescribes them.

Those are some really high compliments. Are you sure you're not trying to put him on some kind of a pedestal? Those seem like somewhat sweeping generalizations anyhow. Not sure how someone could know those things for sure. Salazaar is a hero.

Anyone who spends frequent time on this forum is a "message board rat" just as anyone who spends frequent time on a basketball court is a "gym rat."

Read the book. It's not great, but it will provide some insight into the guy.

I'll be much more happy to listen an informed opinion than the "repeat the unsubstantiated because it's cool to hate on Salazar" droppings from the rats here.

I have. Never met they guy but seems to come across as an elitest a-hole. I am a coach now too but would never act the way he does. Humility is. Ot a weakness, it is a sign of strength. The fact he had to babysit Rupp while at Oregon where he would have a proven world class coach just shows his insecurity.

The thing that really makes me feel this way is his response to his heart attack. He believes that he is ment to put more time into his coaching then spending time with his wife or kids. Sounds like a nice guy.

Maybe he is insecure that he can't coach his own children to greatness due to his lack of coaching skills so he preys on young children that are truly talented.
