Why don't you guys get over yourselves? He is a supremely talented distance runner despite what has happened. How many of your could run a 3:55i as a freshman or win an NCAA championship? He may not be showing the potential (currently but possibly later) ascribed to him by his high school and freshman performances but why can't you wish him the best regardless? Is he an evil person because he does not live up to your expectations? I sincerley hope he manages to fufill all the almost limitless potential I think he has, but if not best of wishes to him in any other pursuit he chooses to follow. His success is completely contigent on him and his desire alone and all the negative energy on this board is not going to fuel that. GO German, wish you the best.
