That would be pretty ironic, considering that Johnny Gray raced like an idiot.

it was pete julian from wsu doing the taunting
the coach was from 0regon, the dumbest coach ever. he wanted to show the potential recruit how to race better
Wow, that's an incredibly creepy insinuation to make. And you write very, very badly.

For those of us who know the real story, it was not un expected and almost uncomfortable to watch.
What I know is that Johnny Gray and the high school runner he taunted, were seen being "very friendly" to each other on the UCLA campus. Many of us knew Gray typically chose a new pup for his own, and this young man seems to have broke his heart. He will find another.
But he didn't commit. Unless he committed, he did nothing wrong. you can tell a school they are your #1 and that you would prefer them but not commit to see if something changes. something changed, if JG really did that he was 100% wrong and the kid was 0% wrong.

That is yesterday's news. Both people are at fault here. First, Miles Andrews went on his UCLA visit and almost committed after his visit. Secondly, Johnny Gray of UCLA is also at fault because a college coach his no business taunting a high school runner for any reason in public.
That's nothing. In high school I was running the mile at a track meet and this coach told his runner(which was also his son) to rip my heart out. Needless to say my coach was quite pissed.
This isnt about you Chase.
I made it about me.
Can someone call the WAAAAAAMBULANCE?
Seriously, and you wonder why runners are considered such pussy. Oh no, he said "teach that boy a lesson", let's light the torches and burn this witch! How dare he say such harsh drastic things!!
