Hey, liberal moron, Presidents don't really have that much power, especially over the economy. Instead, economics is the job of Congress which was controlled by Democrats during the Bush 1 and Clinton recession years, and fixed by the Republicans who came to power in 1994. Hint: THEN Clinton vetoes Welfare reform until he finally gives in, swearing to overturn, NOW Clinton claims Welfare reform as his greatest accomplishment.
