Ah, right you are. I misunderstood & thought the poster was referring to this thread alone. Having said that, I've allowed that the possibility certainly exists people might vote based on the color of a candidates skin. And, getting back on topic, the trouble w/the original post on this thread is VIPAM infers people voted that way - w/no proof. You might ask, 'Does he need proof?' I say yes. I certainly wouldn't claim something to be unless I had evidence.
