One thing i dont see mentioned is the school's responsibilities to follow the law.
No matter how much they like the guy they have to follow the law, they can't just pick and choose what they want to do. There are liability issues, they could be in deep trouble in a multitude of situations.
Lets say the volunteer coach drives one of the team home and gets in an accident, some lawyer is gonna go after the school. what happens if he is accused of something, even if he is innocent the school district has exposed themselves by ignoring the law or at least their district rules.

In actuality, the natives knew where they where the whole time and did not need to be discovered. Environment is the primary reason for the achievement gap. As for global warming being caused by humans, the debate is still in the air (in the United States only, the rest of the world doesn’t really question it).

Ever been in the waiting room of ANY hospital ER in the Phoenix area? Think that the uninsured illegals making up 75% or more of those waiting there (not my figures, a running friend who is an ER doctor) make your health insurance go up.
You probably spend a much greater part of your life in hospital waiting rooms than I do, so you would know more about who is there. Even so, illegals do not determine health insurance rates, nor the fees charged by hospitals or your friend, unless your friend is an illegal person.

The Phoenix Union High School District reinstated Carlos Borja as Phoenix Alhambra's boys cross country coach on Monday.
Borja was released last week for refusing to tell longtime PUHSD cross country assistant Miguel Aparicio he couldn't be around Alhambra's cross country team after Aparicio was arrested this summer. Aparicio ran a stop sign, but he was arrested because he is an illegal immigrant.
Alhambra, a state title contender this year, was without a team last week after its boys opted to not to run because their coaches were released. Borja had yet to meet with his runners as of Tuesday morning, but he said the team will likely finish out the season. Alhambra probably will run in its district meet Wednesday.
The Arizona Republic left a message for PUHSD district athletic director Moody Jackson at his office.
"It's still a bit difficult," Borja said. "I'm excited, but at the same time it seems like nobody won. At the end of the day Miguel can't be a part of this group. He is devastated. He feels everything that he's done for the district is worthless."

Just as one example, take a look at Nigeria, a country with a population whose average IQ is sub-70. Environment *is* one reason for that country's problems; but a population of retarded people is a bigger reason.
