Thanks for the list! Seems many of us were dead-on by naming the East Coast, the South and CA. I was surprised that VA was 21st from the best - they must not have had many Northern VA drivers in their survey.

I thought that the left lane drivers were bad in PA, but I recently had occasion to drive through part of New York State. It's as if half of the drivers on route 15 in NY at any given moment are completely unaware that the right lane exists.
I grew up in Southern Idaho. I always heard Utah was terrible and compared to Idaho I had to agree. I have since lived in many other states and Texas drivers would make Utah drivers gasp. I have not been to the east coast though, so Florida and the like may be worse. If that is the case, I hope I don't ever have to take a job there.
