Who were all these freaks that claimed it is ok to go shirtless 40 degrees and above?
I'm too fat to run shirtless these days. I'd only run shirtless if it was 100 degrees and I was running to jump into a lake.
Whether at 128 lbs at 21 yo or 171 at 54 yo I never run shirtless. It shouldn't be done.
