I have to agree with this trio:
Lagat in every race I've seen him in recently
Fernandez at his state meet and at NON
Hall at the men's Olympic marathon trial.
They're all very impressive.

Suzy Favor Hamilton. Beautiful form.
I'm going to have to second an earlier poster. Jeremy Wariner.
Coincidentally, he married a dancer. And look close on his 1980 Oly Trials number - modified it with with the word "DANCE".
And you are right, Bill was like buttah. Born to Run.
I was thinking when i was watching the 2006 Dellinger Invite on Flocast that Rohatinsky had really good form.
Marla Runyan.
Allyson Felix...
About McChesney
Also a beautiful human being. Not at all arrogant or egotistical, he had time for everyone. A good model for other people to emulate. He is sorely missed!!
Kara Goucher. hands down.
Kara Goucher. Hands on :)
Any American?

I will say the crappiest had to be Webb at the Prefontaine Classic,
Huh, I guess I don't notice running form.
The only two that have ever struck me as interesting (not necessarily good, just noteworthy) are Alberto Juantorena and Michael Johnson.
David Kinsella. Abdi in a close second. But not too close, we wouldn't want their legs getting tangled up.
Joe Falcon.
Ryan Hall. saw him at olypmic trials in NYC and it was ridiculous.
Salazar, Salazar, Salazar
