He dropped the crap out of Jellema (14:05/29:17) before 4 miles, so much that Jellema almost got beat by Gale.
He hasnt lost all season and he has run 4:06/14:07...I think he will be just fine up there.

Are you telling me that you will not post on letsrun when you are done with college? Either way, your opinion has no difference to me. College was a fun time for me, and I still know most of the guys and care for them. This is something that is great at Western, the allumni still care about the team and come back for races, every once in a while and support the team. You wouldn't know anything about that.
Missouri Southern 6th...!!!
The same team that lost to New Mexico Highlands (16th in your rankings) by over 80 points at the OSU meet? I guess they've come a long way---or they know all the shorcuts on their home course!
...and for the rest of your glaring idiocy.
GVSU cannot win, flat out, they cannot win. Their number one man will potentially be in the top 10...Then another 30 seconds back to number 2...good packing to 3-4-5 still leaves them with scoring numbers like 10,22,26,28,36...122 points. Solid, but no team has won nationals in the last 5 years with more than 60 points.
ACU could be first, could be 10th...probably not 5th---they are one bad race away from using a #5 guy that will be well into the 100's.
Lots of love there for a Chico squad that has a slower #1 than GVSU, but packed better at regionals...Maybe 4th if they race like hell...If their #1 guy is not better than 20th they cannot score less than say---150...that is usually more like 6th place...They could be 4th, they might be 12th.
Missouri Southern...discussed before
Stonehill will get keith Gill back and could surprise into the top 10.
Hard to see NMHU so low with a probable top 5 and another top 20 guy...#5 is problematic, but they still score less than 275---usually good enough for a top 12 finish.
thats rediculous. florida southern is giong to suprise alot of people i think. sure the south region isnt the great lakes and personally i think they're underanked. I am going out on a limb and saying florida southern finishes 15th and is far better than they're 25th national ranking. the course in huntsville, al was rolling hills the entire time, there was only about 600m on the back side of the course that was flat.
Who will win the womens individual title?
Florida Southern will one of two:
Last or second to last. Are you kidding me? You say 15th? You are on crack or on crack from FS.

Ok, I smell troll, I mean i can name 3 teams right now that they will definately beat, so saying they can only beat one or none is just stupid, please refrain from posting. You make yourself look like an idiot.

Okay, lets be honest. A few teams are going to run like crap at nationals, it always happens. Queens and Florida Southern should not be ranked in the top 25 though. Why do they feel that they have to rank teams just because they won crap ass regionals? Quit the pc crap and rank the teams that should be ranked.
Women- Karunde
Men- Naimadu

You are the idiot if you think Missouri Southern put forth their best effort at OSU. I don't know for sure, but I am willing to bet they tempoed that meet.. just look at their entire season compared to that meet. They lost to freaking Drury that day(not a horrible team but a team they would absolutely crush if they actually raced the meet.) They may not be 6th next Saturday but they are a lot better than you think plus it is their home course.

150 is not usually 6th.
150 puts you firmly in 5th. I looked at results for the last 4 years and it was consistent.

Missouri Southern also got crushed by Mines at the Fort Hays Open the following week. They will probably run well on their home course but top 10 will be a stretch. And all teams shoot to run their best at the end of the season, so that's not a valid point.
Let me state that Missouri Southern really has it together this year. They won conference and the region.
Same with the girls.
PLUS! They have an upper hand, it's on their home course...you're telling me that doesn't help a little bit?
The guys' team has really had a great season, even if it didn't start out great, they have been putting it together where it really counts (i.e. championship season).
The girls' team has been solid all year. Winning almost every meet they have been to. That's something special.
I definately would not count this program out, guys or girls.

You might have learned (obviously not) that a Simmons coached team never runs like crap. Even a bare-bones-this-is-what god-gave-me group like he has. National champs? No chance. Running like crap in Joplin? I'll bet against that with my first born.
