As I recall Coe was pretty pretty outspoken against drugs in the sport at one time. And so was Aouita in a Track and Field news AOY interview from 1985.
But that never proved anything. I always thought it could have been some athletes' way to deflect any suspicion away from them.
Daniel komen was obviously doping when he busted out a 7:20 3k which no one on or off drugs has come close to since, and when he ran 12:39. Now that hes off the drugs hes running 13:10 and 7:30s
I've heard conflicting stories about Komen. I've heard that he made his money and that's all he wanted to do.
Doesn't mean he didn't cheat, though.
I contend PAULIE is the most drugged. How else do you explain how he is able to put everything in caps all the time. Oh, by the way PAULIE IS AN IDIOT!!!

Unfortunately, this is probably true. At least in the case of Geb if not the others. Take a look at Hermen's guys, whether Kenyan or Ethiopan, and look at the dramatic and sudden improvements made in their performances. You should add KB and Eliud to the list.
I was at the San Diego street fest a little over a week ago, and I think Macy Gray is the most obvious case of doping that hasn't been nailed yet.
Hopefully it wasn't a joke....Lance confessed eventually.
