Way too much attention is being paid to St. Thomas here. I mean come on, just be realistic. Most likely they will be fighting it out with Olaf and Bethel for 6th place... I don't see those two teams getting so much attention.

Lets see if Bethel will throw down this year...Greeno looked a little rough up at grandma's and didn't do nearly as well this last year as many of us thought he may, also Gladistch will be interesting to see what he has, they could actually be a good team...Olaf has no body, so unpredictable...

In case u didnt realize it, this thread is purely for St Thomas runners...as that appears to be the only people who post on here...I propose these UST runners read the threads from the previous 2 years about how UST was going to dominate the conf and then look on raceberry to see their actual place...UST sounds like a virgin who builds up his first time...they think they are going to be awesome at the beginning but end up blowing it after the first 800

why don't you guys take is easy on st thomas. You all just hate them cuz of their history of successes, they are like lacrosse of the WIAC....everyone rips on them, but they truly are pretty nice guys who train just as hard as everyone else does. So their guys have more fast twitch fibers..thats not necessarily a bad thing, especially when it comes to track when they smoke the rest of you poor miac teams.

OK, to get off the subject of St. Thomas. What people from every team, has a GOOD chance of being All-Conference? Here are the people i think have a good shot. I know it is more then 15 but these are people that could make it.

I think Kevin Groh has an outside chance...I think he ran 15:20 at a last chance meet in the 5k this last spring...anyone know about that?
