Wisconsin's 10th best PerformER is in the 1:47s. I suspect that the 10th best performance is somewhere around 1:47.2 or better. I am not sure that the 880 marks were included in the compilation, which includes guys like Winzenried and Kent (1:45-type guys).
Wisconsin has about 6 guys that have or can run 1:48 or better right now.
Bump
Would be interesting to see a recompiled outdoor list after all these years... Seems like quite the undertaking.
Is there a source where this information could be gleaned from? Or would one have to scour the pages of all the top programs looking for their top 10 performance lists?
