Looks like it's St. Aug's to lose for the men.
Should be a close one for 2nd between Adams & ACU.
Should be real close for the women between Lincoln, St. Aug's & ACU.

Check the distance on the top-seeded weight thrower from Ashland. It's not a misprint, apparently the guy threw farther at the GLIAC championships last weekend than the winner at USATF nationals. Crazy stuff.
Yeah he has placed in the top 3 of the US multiple times in the WT, Disc and Hammer. Last year competing unattached he threw much farther than he has this year and would have set the collegiate record if he was competing for ashland. The guys is a stud and the best in the US right now on any level.
Having seen the accepted list i can tell that some big guns will go down this time.

What races are you talking about? I would be interested to know who some of your dark horses are.
Look for Keith Gill of Stonehill to throw down in the mile. He's legit.
Heat sheets have just been posted

When did they let that extra guy into the mile, and why? He is almost a second slower than the guy ahead of him.
I am looking forward to seeing how these races unfold I know a few of these guys that no one has mentioned can show up big if they are feeling good.

any insight onto why boder has only run 4:11 in the mile. Didn't he win nationals in 05 with a 4:04?
He was hurt for a while and didnt have cross left this year. I just dont think he is in as good of shape as he was last year.
He'll also push some one down.

Also heard he split 4:03 to overtake Lock Haven at BU.

Apparently he's a multi-millionaire now! LRC knew him before he was cool!
