Here in Colorado, we have 2 accidents a week caused by drivers going the wrong direction down major highways. The driver is always high or drunk. And the accidents they cause are almost always fatal. But yeah, let's jail someone for going 104 in a 65.

When I first heard about her driving 104 and going to jail I thought "yeah that's what happens". When I watched the video and saw her pleading with the officer it was definitely gut wrenching to me. I felt a lot of sympathy for her.
