I recently drove through southern Utah, where the speed limit is 80, at well over 100 mph. It was a deserted stretch of highway and speed in a 911 feels very pedestrian. Mandatory jail for 104 seems very excessive. It they did that in Colorado, they'd need thousands of new jail cells.

Having driven on it, It looks and feels exactly the same as a multi-lane highway in any major city, including the traffic depending on the time and day. A "different designed highway" is completely stupid and uneducated and typical of Americans.

Nice Strawman. You are either changing or are too stupid to read/comprehend what I said. I very clearly said that "statistics prove that slow drivers cause more accidents than speeders," I said nothing about fatalities. What I said is a fact and it's not even close, some studies have it as high as 6 times more crashes for people going under the speed limit. Everyone knows that the faster the car is going, the more likely the accident will be fatal, no one needs a study for that, just 6th grade physics. Yes, higher speed limits will result in more fatalities when there is a crash, but it will also result in fewer of them, which is the point.
Only a supreme illiterate would see what I wrote and then argue a position that no one took.
