Nope. You show up in a different state in an attempt to prevent the lawful arrest of violent gang members and to try and murder law enforcement with your car, you are responsible for your own death. It was basically suicide by cop
Karen went too far in her 'protesting'. Just stay on the sidewalk and chant your chants and hold your signs.
It’s not even clear that she was there protesting.
Yes she was. She had dropped off her kid and her wife (feels weird typing that) told her to go. She was blocking ICE. I find it very interesting that the people who did not blink an eye when the capitol police officer shot and killed unarmed ashley babbitt who was protesting Jan 6. All of a sudden, lefties who normally freak when a cop kills an unarmed protestor were surprisngly silent. That killing was not even investigated seriously and was not even part of the Jan 6 report although she was the only one killed that day. A couple guys died of natural causes, heart attacks etc.
Ice murdered a mom on a school run and then denied her medical care.
Chauvin is about to get a new cell mate
Keep dreaming. This isn't nearly as bad as the Asley Babbit killing and that black cop didn't even get charged. She tried to hit him, panick or whatever. FAFO in action.
Renee Good, soccer mom who has here brains blown out, you must be feeling really good right now because he couldn't shoot a tire of a PERCEIVED THREAT
Shooting at a tire is against the policy of many police departments. Here's Google AI:
In most cases, shooting at the tires of a vehicle is a violation of police department policy and is expressly forbidden by many law enforcement agencies and federal guidelines. The primary reasons for this widespread prohibition are the high risk to public safety and the ineffectiveness of the tactic:
Risk to Bystanders: Fired bullets can easily miss the small target of a tire, richochet, or pass through the vehicle, posing a significant danger to innocent passengers and bystanders.
Loss of Control: If a tire is successfully damaged, it can cause the driver to lose control, turning the vehicle into an unguided and dangerous projectile that could crash into other cars, pedestrians, or buildings.
Ineffectiveness: Unlike in movies, a single bullet hitting a tire with a handgun usually results in a slow leak, not an immediate stop. Hitting the engine is also very difficult.
Use of Deadly Force: Firing a weapon is considered a use of deadly force. Department policies generally state that deadly force is only justified when there is an imminent threat of death or serious bodily harm to the officer or another person, and no other reasonable means are available. Shooting at a vehicle solely to disable it for an escape does not meet this threshold.
If you drive your car towards a cop holding a gun, you should expect that cop to shoot you even if it's not legal for the cop to do so.
Your fault. Cop might be in jail, but you are 6 feet under.
The video clearly shows that she is driving away from the ICE officer. ICE guy is to the left of the car and the tires are turned right at the time the shots are fired.
The front of the car does actually hit the cop at the very beginning. It's a slight impact, but there is 100% impact.
Whichever details you guys can agree on, whether be it she's trying to flee or trying to ram that dude (clearly she's doing a 3 point turn to drive away).
Anybody's natural response shouldnt be drawing arms and shooting at the person when you can literally take a step or 2 back in the first place.
Dud walks up in the guys face and then tells him to back up, and pushes him. Clearly an assault and battery! They are drunk on power, but as will all drunks, they will eventually get exactly what they deserve!
