We know that Sifan Hassan is past her prime, and Eliud is essentially finished. So don’t expect too much out of either of them. Sifan can at least contend for the podium, even past her prime.

Channel Seven has history - I don’t forget - Sydney Olympic Marathon they failed to cover the last half of the finishers. I found my way to a pub fortunately.
Information graphics. Why is it so hard to lock in time and nowadays distance on the relevant screen? Why? Not the only sport incapable of consistently providing the essential two or three pieces of data! Why though?

Big pack went through halfway in about 1:03:45. Not super fast so far, interested to see how this next half plays out

Yes, exactly the whole thing is confusing but on the live odds she is still the favorite currently at 1.33 so pretty an heavy favorite odds wise
