This is an obvious category mistake. If there's anything wrong with the song, that would be the singer's fault, not the listener. Who made the song? Did they want people to buy it but only some to play it and excerpt it?

Regarding his Instagram music, I'm fairly certain his wife Elisabeth manages aspects of his social media presence, so I'm not sure it is 100% reflective of his music tastes. But even if it is, who cares.
Regarding leanness, distance guys are skinny and cameras set at certain aspect ratios can exacerbate this somewhat. I would say he looks no different to Josh Kerr in some of his recent workout videos.

This was obvious during the Mo Farah era and years after. Just insanely skinny runners, especially if you saw them in person. Body fat at what would normally be dangerously low and cause your body to shut down metabolically and try to conserve its remaining energy.
