Genuine question. I have never once seen a coach not wearing a baseball cap. Why is that?
What is the most common baseball team's hat they are wearing? Could some of them be trucker's hats instead of baseball hats. Maybe some of them are also wearing Golf hats or some other sport's hats and don't realize it.
It can be as common and habitual as wearing, shirts, pants, shorts, socks, shoes, etc.
Does it trigger you in some way you don't understand?
Wearing a hat/cap is for convenience if you do not have hair like you did when you were in your 20s. What happens if it suddenly extremely windy. You youngsters will understand someday.
I ride my bike to work and I have hair that doesnt just look beautiful especially after a bike helmet and I am not taking the time to comb it at work. Also I am outside most the day either teaching or coaching so blocking as much of my face as possible is smart. I am too lazy to put it on outside and take it off inside looking like a bum with messy hair
