Gout is a favorite.
not on my primary PED radar
the way he runs supports "my" theories, which are based on Gordon Pirie, and personal experience actually
my personal style was OK, never got it right, with the drills, jumps, stairs, there was vast improvement, to overcome the years of western living, sitting.
Gout got it right.
Bolt did not actually get his form right, he got too heavy, his back wasn't right, and could have run 9.4 mid. 100m without super crazy good conditions.
Gout is a different animal, maybe this generation is not fixated on stupid anabolic poundage, I'm seeing skinny 400h guys, near WR, others..
in the NBA, they started to lose weight, realizing we're not talking about Sumo wrestling.
maybe i don't have to post this stuff, as people already know? mostly. that would be nice.
