45.26 in those conditions feels decent. Remember Worlds are so late, so I think he’s looking to be firing from July on.
i don't look at the time, but the fact that he lost to somebody who is most likely less talented. Though the man who beat him has been at 44.59 this year. So you could say conditinos are roughly half a second slow.
And yeah, i acknowledged that he's taking his time.

Agree with this. However, the meet name must be changed. A National body (and World Athletics for that matter) cannot be honouring Plant at such a level given his history.

Agreed. It would be like calling a cycling race the Fuentes Fondo or the Michelle Ferrari classic.
