This guy’s career isn’t over by a long shot. He’s one of the finest coaches in the business, and in being that he’s giving back after his athletic career. Very on-brand that a bunch of distance incels on this site wouldn’t know that or care.

If I were racist or 'homophobic', would I be responding to YOU ? Responding with thoughtful, practical advice, since you seem to be the only person trying to be upset by a stranger's attempted jokes and opinions. I say again, surely, you'd be better off not reading THIS message thread.
