UND is looking at opting in to the settlement after they had previously stated they would opt out.
Something to note, if schools don’t opt in by the end of July, but opt in later down the road, they cannot grandfather in student-athletes.

The thread was initially about colleges opting out at large and which school would be next - your statement appeared to be a blanket statement - not just focused on UND.
