How does anyone have any idea how fast this guy would run? He ran 27:51.94 almost 7 years ago in 2018 when he was 20. What has he done since as a runner?

27:32 - I think he is a much stronger athlete now than he was 7 years ago. He will be running in super super-shoes, and it is Valencia. Everyone runs out of their minds in Valencia!

Pretty good I think. He's not raced much just running wise but was third in national cross a couple of years ago behind Emile Cairess and ran 13.26 on the roads.

I think he'll fly round Valencia

27:42 then 2:11:11 for London.

Apparently he was sick for most of December and has told people this is purely a pre London hitout. He plans to run the first 5k at 14:10.

Prob gona finish around 28.40 or so , way behind his potential but let's see how London goes
