Years ago in my area there were two brothers who served at least one tour in the Army, got out, and went back to their small high school and played football. They were eventually declared ineligible, but only after a year or two of success, including leading their team to the state playoffs. I think they were 22 and 23 at the time they were caught.
How has this young man performed recently? Anything juicy?

Emedy has been the top scorer for the Tigers in XC, but Trenton (a budding YouTuber and 1500m runner) is not too far behind him at this point. The rest of their team is a lot of 800m runners so they don’t do much in cross.
I think he (Emedy) scored in the 50s as the conference meet, IMHO underwhelming for an African import but also LSU puts about every other event ahead of distance with regards to track & field focus / scoring. so they probably hop he just steals a couple of points at the conference meets.
I’m sure young Emedy is willing to do whatever it takes to get back to form.
