Harris will close the gap significantly at 11:00 because they will immediately call California, Oregon, and Washington for her (74 electoral votes).
Harris's only chance it to win ALL three of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. If she loses any she is done, unless she somehow pulls a miracle in Arizona.
