What I will never get is how any guy could get any satisfaction vs girls in sports. That is like asking the wife.....ya wanna arm wrestle? I have no respect for a guy who gets off beating a woman in some sport, totally classless,
When someone on an opposing team is physically hurt by transgender player, and the hurt player sues the university, that’s when universities will clamp down on this.
The university knowingly put a biological male to complete against women and have been warned it’s dangerous, teams have boycotted them for safety reasons, and they they still put the biological male player on the team: NEGLIGENCE
This is her 4th year of playing college volleyball and there’s been no lawsuits to date.
Fleming is an eligible player so if there was a lawsuit, it would be directed at the NCAA, and not the school.

I never understood why all those swimmers didn't just either a) refuse to swim against Liam Thomas or b) just stand on the starting blocks and let Lia 'win' with zero competition and then say, "Ready, set, go" and swim on their own once Lia was done.
Why let Thomas win races biological women were beating her in?
Boise State beat SJSU 3-0 twice last year. Fleming did not play in the first match. She played the second and hit .000. (This is NOT a typo. She had 6 kills and 6 errors on 22 attempts.)
The safety issue also a concern during practice, travel, and sharing hotel rooms. There is already one lawsuit pending on this issue with the coach forcing women on the team to share rooms with the biological male. There will be more lawsuits when the season ends, like with the biological male who won a NCAA women’s swimming tittle. Universities are placing themselves at a huge liability risk with putting biological males on women’s teams.
EVERY team on San Jose State's schedule needs to follow this example and refuse to play them. The SJS team itself will begin to rebel against the player because they want to play games.
This is a conference game, too, not just an exhibition. Boise was willing to lower their seed in the conference tournament by taking the loss rather than play against them. Boise is scheduled to play them again on November 21.
Good job, Boise! It is about time this happens. Hoping for a trend to start. Men playing men's sports, women playing women's, just as it is supposed to be.
My humble opinion is that anyone can identify as anything they want. They can cut off and add anything they want.
But, in sports, maybe "they" have to be willing to sacrifice competing if they have an unfair advantage.
Maybe there's a story out there but I have yet to see controversy because a girl transitioning to a boy wants to play a sport.

Are you aware that plaintiffs don’t win every lawsuit? Again, there is no liability resulting from a university having eligible athletes on the team. Actually, the reverse is true, a school could be sued for discriminating against an eligible transgender athlete.
Oh, sorry you hate women. Now like 12 women on the 207-210th ranked team who have dreamed of being on the 206th ranked team since they were little girls will never achieve that goal.
As a result they’ll probably resort to a life of careers, tattoos and cats and never achieve their ultimate potential as breeding stock.
umm... wut?? I very much like women. Not picking up what you're trying to lay down. 😬

it's not that hard to follow. he's saying they aren't nationally ranked, and in his sense not viewed as that good a program big picture, and thus you're leaving out how many whole teams are better, as well as the player quality supposedly being squeezed out. he's suggesting, as i often do, that while a deluge of trans actually dominating women's sports might be time for a rethink, it's not really a serious concern if a trans player is on the 205th best team in the country, good or not.
put differently, women don't need protection from the 1000th best women's volleyball player, "dude" or not. and a woman being solidly good but not great is a normal shuffle as for any other woman player. some are excellent, some average, some poor.
more to the point, everyone seemed fine with her last year when SJSU wasn't winning -- including boise who played her and beat her. SJSU is winning this year and the outside provacateurs are now hard at work. but if SJSU had her last year and sucked, then their winning is about other factors. and the poster is suggesting good record or not, still a mediocre team. looked to me like a very regional schedule.
Wife pulls up and honks hte horn that is my signal to come out and unload the groceries. It is understood that is my job, some of these bags are heavy. What man would expect his wife to take care of this?
Sure she could mow the lawn but I don't expect that, another of my jobs,
So she hears a bump in the night, she....psst did you hear that? What man is gong to.......yes I did go check it out?
A man has no business in a female sport, and only a wimp wouldn't get that,

The difference is that this Reduxx article came out in April. It was not a total secret that Fleming was trans before this article. I had heard there was a trans player in MWC. I didn't know who she was or what team she played on, but many people had probably known it a while and did not think it was a big issue.
Reduxx has learned that a feminine male has been participating in elite women’s collegiate sports in California after his biological sex was reportedly withheld from his teammates and his opponents. Blaire Fleming, born Brayd...
But political activists saw an opportunity to advance their agenda. Slusser's parent probably learned from the article that one of their daughter's friends was transgender. They were probably contacted by the lawyers for the lawsuit against NCAA. We don't know what conversation took place between Slusser and her parents, but she agreed to join the lawsuit. On the court, she still pretends to be good friends with Fleming. Maybe she still is. I just don't know.
I'm curious about her lawsuit against Stanford and the NCAA for "dangerous practices." It appears these are just freak incidents where she was hit in the head by the ball. It happens sometimes. I guess if she was THAT concerned for her safety she could have worn a helmet, just like a very small number of pole vaulters do. Most college softball pitchers wear a facemask despite the small possibility that a line drive could hit them in the face. I sympathize with her and feel bad that her career was ended due to concussions, but she chose to play the sport with the highest rate of concussions in women's collegiate sports and did so without wearing any additional protection. Not the fault of Stanford nor the NCAA.
