Don’t forget, Parker Valby bested her at the line in the Olympic Trials 10000m race in a sprint finish!
and she just ran a 5000 in Zurich, no?
Without looking it up, she came in 4th in a 14:47(?) race. Not bad. It was the race set up for a Chebet WR attempt. Schweizer bested Cranny in that race.
I just thought it was funny how Hoppel was described as an “indoor 800 specialist”
4:14.8 for Schweizer is crazy. It’d be a shame is she never gets her sub-4.
Did you really get banned for some reason? Why? Your posting is tame.
I tried to explain to rojo why someone would have deleted a certain post on the Arop WR attempt thread and I triggered an automatic ban by using the name of the mayor of Edmonton, I think. Pretty damn funny when you think about it. I should be back…

Cranny is lost no real coach and training on her own. Maybe she will be in Mike Smiths group, but who knows if that’s actually happening a year away

As I recall Cranny went out fast and faded badly while Schweizer ran a much more conservative race and passed a few at the end.
I am a bit shocked at how fast she ran this mile and how badly she defeated some true milers.
Yeah, that was literally amazing. And where the hell was Tuohy?
Interested to know….Someone mentioned she might be running a 3k today in Italy, but was doing this 5th Ave Mile instead. She’s had a disappointing season/pro start so far. Hope she digs herself out of it.

Rbtrackfan had some info on that potential 3,000. Rbtrackfan, any update or another link to THAT? Maybe she stayed in Europe after all!

I’m still okay with her 15:07 and 4:26 as part of her comeback tour, but it has been a bit non-exciting.

I did not see her on the entry list for Italy
Wow, I wonder what happened? I sure wish she’d post on her instagram, etc. specifics about what’s going on. IE: Emma Coburn, Alicia Monson, etc. so we know what’s going on as fans.

The insane thing is that his name is shared by a couple great musicians you can’t mention. Why do the mods protect Greg?
Surprised that no one is mentioning the elephant in the room: Jingy ducking Kerr.
Let's be honest the real ducking will be in Brussels on the 13th, oooo sorry, Josh doesn't have enough points for the final, maybe a wildcard or something? :)
I guess this week without Hocker, Nuguse, and Jakob, he found his “time trial brain”? A silly circus race in NYC is secondary to what really counts in Brussels.

It’s exciting to see after a long injury/surgery cycle but not that surprising her pr is 4:00 and she placed 4th at the us champs in the 1500 a few years ago.
