I guess I should justify the time: I used the percentage difference between Karsten's performance this year and 2017 in the 400mH. Knowing that Warholm may have received some advice on block starts from Bolt, and that he's run a indoor/short track (200m) 32.47 for the 300m.
I really wouldn't put it past Karsten to go sub-10 if he specialised in the 100 over a year or two, but he'd likely never go world-class
